We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Beach House. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as the bay where you can see dolphins nearly every day. We had a miscommunication with the pool heat - it had been turned on later in the day when we arrived so it was incredibly cold. But the rental company responded immediately and it was warm by morning. So we did miss out on a first evening of swimming. Beds were comfortable, large kitchen. We really would have liked a few more supplies. The propane ran out and there wasn’t a lighter to light the charcoal grill. No pens, no markers, no storage for food- nothing above the minimum supplies. Otherwise a good stay.

Home was very clean upon arrival, beach toys and beach wagon were greatly appreciated by grandkids.

This property was a great vacation house for our beach vacation. Not located on the beach, but it’s only a short walk to the beach. The property rental company was very on point with their communication and fixed any issues we had. The pool was very nice to relax and swim with the family after a day at the beach. Would def recommend to anyone wanting a getaway to the beach.

This was a girls vacation at Sunset Beach house in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The place was a ranch-style house, which we loved (no stairs!). The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds as well as the fold-out couch to accommodate the 7 of us. We were just 4 blocks from the beach, which was an easy walk. The neighborhood was under construction, but it didn't bother us too much. The pool was wonderful! The only downside was the shower water pressure. It could have been better. We rented a golf cart to drive downtown and around. The management was very quick to respond to all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay!
