Internet, Grilling Area, Large Balcony overlooking the Gulf, Fully Furnished and Equipped. Walk- in Shower, Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer/Dryer in the unit, Granite Counters, Tile Floors, Carpet in bedrooms. Large unit can accommodate all for a great family vacation. All units are private corner units with large balconies to watch the dolphins play from. Add a pool, barbecue and the white sandy beaches to walk and you have the perfect spot to vacation. Everything was as described. Minimal supplies available, but adequate. We bought laundry soap, trash bags, brought our own shower soap/shampoo, coffee, etc. We ordered instacart with pretty much everything, after a conversation with the host stating starters were the only thing available. Cleanliness was acceptable. Could use a "spring cleaning". Some drawers, etc were not the cleanest inside. I was not upset in any way about the cleanliness, though. The bed was not that comfortable and was noisy when rolling over. Bedding was adequate. The furnace did not work and blew the breaker when the temperatures dipped, but the host was responsive and it was tended to asap. Great location, nice pool, great beach access. We were two couples. One bedroom had only a double bed and no direct bathroom access, the 3rd room with the bathroom had 2 single beds. It worked. One couple just used 2 of the bedrooms for their things. I would stay again.

Booked this a year in advance with Vrbo only to have the property manager change our stay from Friday-to-Friday to Saturday-to-Saturday 2 months before we were to arrive. Accommodated us with another room in the same building for the first night, but terrible way to start off a family vacation. Entrance door to the stairwell off the balcony is rusted to the point where it won't even close, posing a serious security liability and tetanus exposure. Other than that, the place was very clean.
