Great beachfront property. Condo needs some upgrades. Would love to see new updated deck furniture. Lots of condos offer beach items included in the stay. Would have been great to not have to bring beach towels, wagon, toys, cooler etc. But great access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful stay.

I believe the last review of this property was in 2017. This condo is in need of updating and a thorough cleaning. We were provided with fresh sheets and towels, but they were the only clean things in the unit. We found Breathe Right Nasal Strips all on the floor of the master bedroom. The tubs and showers were dirty as well as countertops in bathrooms and kitchen. A thick layer of dust enveloped the entire apartment surfaces. I also really tried to look past the decorating, but there were so many items on mantels, shelves and any space available. It that looked like a garage sale was going on inside with all the clutter of items. The pictures posted were deceiving to what we found when we arrived. My rating as a guest has always been a five star, but I want to be truthful to others who will be renting this unit.
The location is great and the beach beautiful. We’d love to stay in the same condo building again, just not unit 302.
