It is only 10 minutes' drive from the tourist centres of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Tenerife South Airport is 10 km away. Both the local police and constant private security patrol the Palm Mar area.
Here you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, a bank, etc. all 50 m from the holiday flat. The rural beach, the boardwalk, and the wonderful Malpais de La Rasca reserves (great for hiking and trecking) are less than a 10-minute walk away. Here, you can discover the volcanic landscape with varied colour along the coastline. Admire the diversity of wild flora and fauna both here and in Tenerife as a whole. Golf courses, nautical sports, horseback riding, tours, a harbour, and more besides are 5-15 minutes' drive away. From July 2014, there is a great white sand beach with food outlets.
