Discover one of the most distinctive and characteristic fishermen’s houses on the seafront promenade of Villajoyosa’s Old Town. This traditional, narrow four-storey home retains the authentic character of the historic houses of La Vila Vella and offers exceptional views over the bay and Playa Centro.

The house is arranged vertically over four levels:

First floor: bedroom with private bathroom.

Second floor: second bedroom with private bathroom.

Third floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a third bathroom.

Fourth floor: living room with impressive panoramic views over the Mediterranean, the bay and the whole of Playa Centro.

Its vertical layout is part of its charm and character. This is not a conventional apartment, but an authentic traditional fishermen’s house, with the different rooms spread across several floors and internal stairs connecting all levels.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, washing machine and kitchenware. The property also features air conditioning, heat-pump heating, Wi-Fi, televisions, bed linen, bathroom towels and basic cleaning products.

The location is hard to beat: right on the seafront promenade and just a few metres from Playa Centro, surrounded by Villajoyosa’s emblematic colourful houses and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops and all essential services.

Thanks to its location, unique layout and, above all, the spectacular views from the top floor, it is one of HappyVila’s most distinctive and most frequently booked properties.

IMPORTANT: the property is distributed over four floors connected exclusively by internal stairs. For this reason, it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or for anyone who may have difficulty using stairs.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
