Reviewer Comments:
We were overall very happy with our time at this rental. Indian Rocks Beach was a perfect location for relaxing and being able to jump in the car and get quickly to popular restaurants, shopping and beaches. The house was spotlessly clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The rental agency was easy to work with when we decided to extend our vacation. We would definitely stay there again.

Pros:
-The location of this house is in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road which we liked.
-Good communication with the property manager.
-Had beach chairs, carts, and toys in the garage to use.
-Propane grill to use.
Cons:
-The pictures in the listing make the house appear larger that it really is.
-The pool is very small and you have to pay extra per day to heat it.
-The floors appeared clean at first glance but were very dirty. After walking barefoot the bottoms of feet would turn black quickly. Most likely the cleaning crew mopped, however they just let the dirty waiter sit on the tile without trying to pick it up once the mop made the dirt loose.
-Furniture was a little uncomfortable and appeared a little dingy from use.
-Several tv remotes had dead batteries.
