Avoid most of the traffic by checking in on Sunday! This delightful home features a decorated interior and updated appliances. There is a private walkway to the beach with spellbinding views. Soak up the sun on the deck or unwind in the hot tub. Special features include a screened porch, decks, a hot tub for 5, a charcoal grill, a port-a-crib, a high chair, electronics, high-speed internet, and 5 TVs. You will enjoy the pleasures of the sea and all the comforts of a great beach home. There are no houses between you and the Atlantic Ocean, but you do need to cross a narrow 35 mph street.
Top level:
Bedroom (king) with ocean views and TV that shares a full bath with Bedroom (pyramid bunk) with TV; Bedroom (king) with ocean views and TV, shares a full bath with Bedroom (2 twins) with TV; living area with TV and stereo; kitchen with breakfast bar for 3; dining area for 8; screened porch off the kitchen faces west.
Bottom level:
Hot tub, outside shower, and laundry room.
2 small children's beach chairs, 10 adult beach chairs, a beach wagon

The home was clean and very comfortable. We were all impressed with the cleanliness. Everyone that stayed said they would definitely stay at this house again. They had all the necessary beach gear if you needed it. They had toys for kids, we didn't have any with us but liked the fact they included it. Would definitely stay at this house again.

We loved this house. Liked the layout, the decor, the location and especially the Jacuzzi! The only thing that was hard on us was the wind from the storm in the front of the house, but nothing could control that.
We would definitely try to rent again. Beautifully organized and the cleanest house we have ever rented.

The Million $ View is truly a “home away from home”! The furnishings of this “cottage” are far superior to all the homes I have rented or stayed in thru the years. I do NOT have to: bring quality kitchen items, make up the beds, bring beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.), bring towels, etc. This honestly makes the stay so much more enjoyable for the “house mother”. To me, a five star hotel could not be any nicer. To me, when you rent to Million $ View, you're getting the “best of best, beach cottage”!

Great Size for a small family. The view is great and the location on the beach in Kitty Hawk is very nice. Will definitely revisit Million $ View.
