This exclusive 2-room vacation apartment in the 'Witthüs' offers approximately 44 m² of living space spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 3 people. The high-quality furnishings combine traditional elements with modern comforts—the perfect accommodation in the historic thatched-roof estate “Witthüs” in the heart of Wenningstedt. Built in 1913, the “Witthüs” was once a well-known gathering place for artists and was lovingly converted into a charming apartment building in 1995. The wellness area with a sauna invites you to spend relaxing hours there.

The stylish living room, featuring a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a TV, creates a relaxed atmosphere. The round seating area for four people is perfect for shared meals and social evenings.

**COMFORTABLE COOKING**
The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a Senseo coffee maker, and all the necessary amenities—perfect for preparing meals.

**PEACEFUL NIGHTS IN THE COZY BEDROOM**
The bedroom in the attic features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90x200 cm), a built-in closet, and a TV, ensuring restful nights.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, and natural light. The building’s shared wellness area offers a sauna and a relaxation room for hours of relaxation.

Welcome to the historic Witthüs under Reet—a unique residence that combines Sylt’s traditional thatched-roof architecture with modern comforts. This charming property, once a popular gathering place for artists in the 1970s, was built in 1913 and lovingly converted into an apartment building in 1995. Today, it houses nineteen cozy vacation apartments. Four of these are rented out through us; ranging from 40 m² to 65 m², they accommodate 2 to 4 guests, and some even welcome four-legged friends. Each apartment has its own parking space.

The Witthüs is centrally located in Wenningstedt, allowing you to fully savor the island experience. The beach is a 10–12-minute walk away, and Feinkost Meyer, which includes a bakery, is right nearby, so you can enjoy fresh rolls in the morning.
