Actual property is great! New, clean and as described. But the game room is old and run down.

We really enjoyed our stay. The game room was a big hit with my grandson.

What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold, and the fireplace didn't work properly. Then I spoke with the maintenance team to understand how to operate. Refrigerator cooling was poor.
