Kauhale Makai #330 is a Lovely Oceanfront 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with beautiful views of the Ocean, pool and hot tub from both living room and bedroom. Central A/C, fast Wi-Fi. Short walk across lawn to beach. Enjoy amazing views while dining from the balcony lanai. Well equipped kitchen, large smart TV in living room, Queen Size memory foam sofa bed. Main Bedroom has King Sized bed with Ocean Views, large TV, and Private Balcony Lanai overlooking Pool/Hot Tub. Condo Sleeps 4. Unit equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, sun umbrella. On-site smartphone operated laundry available. No fee parking lot. Putting green. Tennis court/Pickle ball privileges. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.

This condo stays as cool as you like it. Kihei is perfect for families, romantic couples, or anyone wanting relaxation as well as quick and easy access to world class dining and entertainment. Kauhale Makai has a volleyball court and putting green on-site, and is a 5-minute walk to public tennis courts at Luana Kai Resort.
There is no smoking anywhere on the Kauhale Makai premises.

Just home from spending time in this great condo. Condo is nice and clean and is equipped with everything you need for cooking or going to the beach. It has a great view of the ocean as well!

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and had plenty of space. It was a super convenient location to get to many things. The beach access was so close to go out and watch the sunset every night. I appreciate the starter kit of supplies and it was more than plenty! Also such a great touch to have chairs, snorkel gear, and beach towels! They came in handy! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others! Our only complaint was that the knives were dull so it was hard to things...must be a lot of guests trying to cut pineapples like us over all the visits :)

The grounds of the property, pool, BBQ etc. are all very well maintained. Kudos to the onsite staff. And the Rentals Maui folks are quick to respond, and very friendly, so they get 5 stars! However, our unit could benefit from some updating overall. And while the AC is "central AC" which was one of the reasons we chose this property, the system is old and we had to run it constantly to be comfortable. There were also tons of kids who had the run of the pool most days. The pool area is pretty small, so if you are looking for a quiet day by the pool I would suggest a different property. Just know what you are getting/giving up compared to resorts - we wanted a more budget friendly trip, and a kitchen, which we got. So it met our needs, but we missed the amenities of a more modern, larger condo or resort. Again, the onsite and prop mgmt staff are 5 stars, our condo and rating for the pool is about 3 stars overall.
