This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight. It’s located near the south end of Breckenridge on Highway 9 near the Breckenridge Ice Rink – a great choice for a fun family outing – or, take the easy stroll to Main Street. It’s even a short walk to see Isak Heartstone, Breck’s large-scale, wooden troll sculpture!
The large, open living room welcomes you as you enter; you’ll love the beautiful gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two expansive balconies located off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular views of the ski slopes and Baldy Mountain. Of course, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight at the dining table.
Other amenities include covered assigned parking spaces, private laundry, elevator service and complimentary Wi-Fi. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. The heated pool was not warm enough for small children and they could not use hot tub, we brought swim wear we didn’t get to use. The rooms were great and enjoyed our views and location
