Location of condo was perfect. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants and amazing playground for the kids. Kids loved the pool. Access to underground parking was a great option.

We have stayed in this complex many times and love it. This is the first time in the 223 condo. We made the stay work as we always come prepaired for the most part. On the short list. Most light switches do nothing, garbage disposal not working so drain was clogged, Second bathroom toilet is a real rocker, needs a good cleaning( We cleanded alot to feel comfortable) No hair dryer. This the short list. We did call the managment Company and they were going to send someone to fix some of it but we refused while there, can be done after we leave. It could be that no one reported maintenance issues, not sure. The Associate for the managment company was really accomidating and freindly, mad us feel comfortable.
