Fantastic village house in Mancor de la Vall, at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana, with private pool and capacity for 10 people.
Enjoy the village life in an exclusive environment and an incredible house where you will forget the everyday life. Outside you will find an wonderful 10 x 5 salt pool with a depth that goes from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. It is ideal for summer dips and it is surrounded by a fantastic garden where you will lie to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or prepare a barbecue with your friends. From there we get into the ground floor porch up some stairs. The porch is furnished to enjoy meals and dinners outdoors. The plot is fenced and has direct neighbours so privacy is partial.
The 400 m2 accommodation is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and familiar living room where you can watch the TV or have a rest. It opens to the kitchen through an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, and with a comfortable island with stools to work easily, together with a dining area for 6 people where you will spend quality time with your loved ones while cooking. Apart from that, you will find an incredible dining room for 10 people. The first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, is also on the ground floor, as well as the second bedroom but this has 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Upstairs we'll find the other three bedrooms, the three of them with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is AC in all bedrooms and in the kitchen-living room. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high chair ara at your disposal. The house also counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
This house is in Mancor, a lovely interior village close to Inca where you will find all services. The nearest beach is only 30 kms away in Puerto de Alcudia. From Mancor you can visit Lluc and Sierra de Tramuntana and enjoy the spectacular views where the sea and the mountain merge.

The property was stunning and gave our group so much space to hangout. We were well situated on the island, about 30-40 minutes away from every destination in any direction. We didn't know we had to supply our own shampoo which was a minor thing, but that did not stop us from having an amazing stay.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft. Wir waren dort zu 10. (5 Zimmer: 4 Doppelbettten und 2 Einzelbetten). Das Haus ist groß und wunderschön von innen und außen, der Pool ist auch groß (Achtung: Er färbt weiße bademode und blondierte Haare etwas grün). Die Küche hat alles notwendige. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Um an andere Orte zu gelangen hatten wir zwei Mietautos (es gibt eine Garage). Wir haben für 9 Tage insgesamt 85€ Strom zahlen müssen und 17 Euro Touristen Fee pro Person (wurde vorher aber auch so mitgeteilt).

Fantastic villa! The grounds were lovely too - very private and secure. Lots of living space with large kitchen and dining areas. Some of the smaller appliances need upgrading, but only a minor thing. Really good location near to the beach with a couple of restaurants, and a 20min walk to more restaurants in the main part of Caan Picafort. Or you can get the tourist train which goes round the whole town every 20mins so you can jump on and off all day. Lidl 10min walk away, and nice childrens park opposite. All in all a lovely stay and would definately recommend!
