Renovated Villa with pool in Pollensa (Marina de N'amer):
Beautiful and spacious country house located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Pollensa, with open views of the mountains and well-kept gardens. The property offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The house is built on one level and features three double bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable seating area and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and, like the bathrooms, was renovated in the winter of 2022. There is air conditioning without time restrictions in all the rooms and in the living area. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.
Outside, the property boasts several furnished terraces, a relaxation area with sun loungers, and a private swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the good weather. The entire outdoor area is designed to offer privacy and comfort, surrounded by greenery and with open views of the mountains.
The property is located approximately 4 km from Pollensa and 5 km from Alcudia, with easy access to both towns and their beaches.
With capacity for up to six people, this property is a practical option for families or groups seeking tranquillity, good facilities, and an excellent location in the north of Mallorca. Private parking within the property is also available.

The villa was very nice and spacious. The outside area was very spacious and lots of chairs and tables. The pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very friendly and we very much enjoyed our conversations with him. You will need a car as there is nothing, shops, restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again, we had an excellent two weeks.
