Surrounded by peaceful pine trees and scenic orange groves, this home offers a tranquil escape just minutes from Orlando's top attractions.
The open-plan living space features comfortable seating and a TV overlooking the private screened pool. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that flows into the dining area with beautiful pool views. The master suite offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom are designed with comfort in mind and share modern, well-appointed bathrooms.
Outside, enjoy panoramic views of the golf course from the screened pool deck, complete with sun loungers and a covered al fresco dining area. With access to the community clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts, EV_150 is the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation for your Florida getaway.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not offer grill as standard feature; However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us after booking for more information.

We were 2 family groups with 4 boys - aging 8-15. Although my kids missed the ease of staying on property they loved having their own room and being about to sprawl out and hit the pool and hot tub. Such a great house in an easy location minutes from WDW. Would def stay again!

This is an older community which means bigger villas so more space. The villa is comfortable and well presented, some cleaning wasn't brilliantWe had some issues, one of which wasn't getting the attention deserved until we visited the management company in person.The AC is good in the living room but not brilliant in the bedrooms. The bed in the back bedroom needs a new mattress
