By booking a reservation, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in the rental agreement. The total guests at any time is restricted by the contract. Must disclose all guests. High School, College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10 pm–10 am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

The house was exactly as described. It was next to construction which was a bummer. But it did not ruin our stay or the beautiful blue ocean view. We all had a great time.

The property was amazing! The only downside is the construction next door on the hotel (but we were well aware, just a noisy project).
The views of the ocean were spectacular and the ability to enjoy the pool, eat under the outdoor structure, and walk to ocean were amazing!

The villa had all the comforts of our own home. Having the pool and hot tub just steps from the house and the short walk to the beautiful beach was ideal and provided us hours of entertainment. The view from the terrace, especially sunrise was something to capture in video. The construction next door was disclosed to us prior to booking. Although it was at times interesting to watch the work, the noise, dust and debris landing in the pool, in the terrace and furniture over several days became a nuisance. The quality of the kitchen appliances and indoor furnishings were of nice quality.
