Our in-town, family-friendly condo is within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and a quick (free) bus ride to the slopes. Two spacious bedrooms, updated kitchen, a large living area, and two immaculate bathrooms make for a comfortable home away from home for the whole family. Relax in the indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas at the clubhouse. Read a book in front of our fireplace. Go for a hike along the river or on nearby trails. Play tennis, basketball, pickleball, or volleyball on the private courts. Love at first stay!
The community clubhouse includes an indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas, as well as a billiards room. The pool and hot tub were renovated and brand new as of June 2024! Go for a swim and feel free to use the pool towels that we provide.
Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home. Seating for 6 at the dining room table. Use the gas grill on the balcony just off of the kitchen.
Stretch out in a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Plenty of space! Get a great night's sleep... maybe even better than at home.
We are an easy 10-15 min walk (downhill!) to the center of Main Street. You can also jump on the Breckenridge "Free Ride" shuttle to or from downtown and several ski lifts. The shuttle comes right to the front of our complex.
Stay in touch with friends back home using the free WiFi, and kick back and watch tv in either the living room or master bedroom. We have cable tv and a large collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the smart tv to access your streaming services.
Our condo includes one covered parking spot. Extra parking is also available a few steps away from the unit.
Pack light and make use of our convenient in-condo washer and dryer. We provide detergent and dryer sheets.
Our large private balcony is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the mountain views.

As you can see from our reviews, we have always prided ourselves on the quality of cleaning. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay! There is no front desk or keys you have to bother with; a keyless code is used to access the unit.

The condo was clean with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Amy, the owner was very attentive and communicative. She goes out of her way to make sure that you enjoy your time. Wi-Fi, TV, laundry, pool facility were all a plus. You will need a car or to take the bus to town but overall I would recommend this as a place to stay 100%.
