Inside, you'll find a generous King-size master suite with its own private bathroom, along with two inviting Queen bedrooms—one located on the first floor for easy access. The two Twin bedrooms are thoughtfully themed, one with a charming Mermaid design and the other styled for little Sailors. Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, making it easy for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure. A cozy entertainment space off the entrance includes games, puzzles, and bookshelves stocked with vacation reads for the whole family.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not offer grill as standard feature; However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us after booking for more information.

Everything was perfect, the house was the absolute best base for our vacation, comfortable and spacious with excellent amenities close by. Highlands Reserve was a lovely place to stay & the contact with the team could not have been better

This is a beautiful property. The only thing I would tell the property manager is to ensure that you have starter packs of laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and a sponge. In regards to the actual property, it is one of the best kept in the subdivision. I found the care of a few of the properties around lacking and the curb appeal was lousy for those properties. Finally, please wash out the garbage bins outside, they have a lot of flies and I assume that the cleaning crew does not clean the outside bin. I would stay here again as the actual property and furnishings are beautiful. The pool is very large.

We loved the size of the house. Loved the pool area. House could have been cleaner. Fan in living room caked with dust. Close inspection revealed dirty corners in several of the rooms. Did not appreciate having to bring beach towels. So bulky for traveling. Also wished small things would have been their. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, dish soap. We have stayed in ALOT of houses in Florida and not having the small things like that is a first. The grocery is at a convenient location, so that is a good thing. Would I recommend this home for a large family? Yes!
