🔎 NEED TO KNOW: Casa Stolida is part of a duplex with shared walls and outdoor spaces. Guests have exclusive access to the right side of the 1st floor (garage), the right backyard and heated pool area, and the entire 2nd floor. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.
