You will be feeling "Just Beachy" in this 10th floor unit with breath taking views from the private balcony. This nicely decorated 1 bedroom with bright colors sleeps 6 comfortably. The secluded master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV/DVD, perfect for putting up your toes after a long day in the sand. The bunkbed in the hallway alcove, and queen sleeper sofa are perfect for guests and little minnows visiting with family. Navarre Beach is a wonderful vacation place for families who enjoy nature walks, dolphins, white sand and leisure days spent in the sun. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

We thoroughly enjoyed Just Beachy condo! Very clean and fully stocked. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to the Pier and Windjammers! Also within walking distance of Juana’s and Andy Ds. View was exceptional. Several dolphins and a sting ray easily viewed from this 10th floor unit. Also appreciated the packages of soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. Our first time to experience that. It was very nice. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful location and well appointed kitchen. Condo is a bit dated but was clean.

This was a wonderful beach-front condo! Very clean, great to have access to 3 pools/hot tubs and the cute little shop onsite. Right next to the pier & Windjammers. Would definitely come back!

Location on the beach was great, right in front of the water. Also next to a fishing pier which my husband was very happy about. Not too many people on the beach while we were there. Great place to vacation.
