Welcome to our home! It is a farmhouse that features an open floor plan that is perfect for a family get together or weekend reunion. There is It is one of three self contained units on the property with a private deck and shared yard. The master bedroom and bath are on the first floor and two bedrooms and bathroom ond the second floor.

Our home is served by a private artisan well drilled into the local bedrock. This area naturally contains sulfur in the rock, which means our water has a mild sulfur smell and taste. After periods of heavy rain, the water can temporarily pick up a bit more sulfur as it filters through the ground - this is completely normal for wells in this region.
The water is safe and is fine for showering. It is also safe for cooking and drinking but bottled spring water dispensers are provided in each unit. Most guests tell us they stop noticing it after the first day or two. And we have an extensive water system to treat water specifically that contain sulfur to minimize the effect.
