This calming 2nd floor Balcony Suite has a great location and view from the balcony. The queen sleeper sofa is the perfect spot for enjoying the 37" Flat Screen TV. There is a ceiling fan in the living room to keep the sea breeze moving throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small microwave, oven with 4 burner stove top and refrigerator. Tile backsplash and all the kitchen amenities you might need. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and dressed in marbled gray. The private bedroom has the queen size mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. This is the ideal condo when staying at the beach! SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Second year here, and we love it. Heated pool and steps from a beautiful beach. The icing on the cake is the wonderful staff. Every single person we have talked to are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to see everyone again in December.

The Window and sliding glass door did not lock, we had to put something in them so no one access the unit thru them. There is no hot water in the shower, you're lucky if you get luke warm water We reported both to the front desk but where told "yay, we know" but no apology or we'll try to get that corrected for you.
