Very good location in Evanston and close to the train station and shops. Contact with the on-site team was very good, and they were responsive to my requests and helpful. The infrastructure is very pleasant.
However, I regret that the 2 bedrooms had no windows, making them stuffy at night and difficult to ventilate. I also regret that the only windows in the apartment overlooked the garbage cans.
What's more, there was a real lack of crockery in sufficient quantity (glasses, cups, cutlery, etc.) so as not to have to run the dishwasher every day.

Mihyun (property manager) is wonderful to work with. The unit is very comfortable and is stocked with everything you need. The covered parking is a wonderful perk during Chicago winters. This was my second stay in this building and we will definitely be back.
