Welcome to our comfortable home, just a short walk from the University of Central Missouri campus in Warrensburg. It's perfect for visiting families, alumni, and prospective students looking to explore the area.
Our two bedrooms each have a plush king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom offers a refreshing showering experience, ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
The home is spacious and well-decorated, designed for your comfort and convenience. Come and make yourself at home in this inviting space.

Walkability: The neighborhood boasts a Walk Score of 76, meaning daily errands can often be accomplished on foot. Enjoy easy access to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Bike-Friendly: With a good Bike Score, you can easily explore the area on two wheels.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory fine.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning. The back yard is fully fenced.
Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion
