This 4 bedroom home is located in Montgomery Estates - just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! Featuring a private hot tub, a foosball table, sauna and a pool table, this home is complete with all of the extras to make your stay enjoyable including a 42 inch TV in the living room! A new master bathroom and remodeled kitchen are a couple more of the great features. The wooded neighborhood provides the perfect backdrop for long summer walks. VHR # #072563

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
*Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.

The house was great, the location was great. The only downfall was some of the detailed cleaning. I understand it's summer time and nature will prevail. However, there were some key notices that things had not been cleaned in a while. i.e. a dead bee behind the curtain of the kitchen window. Overall, pleased with the house with what was offered in the description.

we stay for a long weekend with family and friends our stay was ok the place needs to be updated (furniture and appliances) the walls needs to be painted and repairs!!!!
