Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

If you like sunsets, easy beach access and ocean views this is not the place for you. If you like golf cart drive to beach plus ten minute walk to actual toes in sand and public swimming pool it’s great! The decor is 10 out of 10. Well supplied dishes in kitchen. Bath towels excellent. Bed in main bedroom comfortable and bedding luxe. No beach towels! It is listed to pack them in the ten page download. We missed that and had to shop. Needed a comfy light blanket or throw for evenings watching a movie. The place looks clean but our got feet black walking around on floors. Difficult beach access all require keys and access which seems exclusive but felt excluded. Includes Rosemary and Alys beaches as well. One final critique is that would be helpful is to provide us one email with all the codes- garage code, Inside door code, golf cart key lock box code and pool access code. I made this list for out party but was a challenge- all info in different emails and one in a text The management team professional and helpful. Friendly and prompt!

Overall it was fine. The townhome was clean and the access details were easy to follow. The instructions for checking out were also easy. The app was helpful. Plenty of starter supplies provided like soaps and toilet paper. Location was good. Golf cart was great. We were disappointed to find out when getting there that the master bedroom was on the second floor very close to the guest bedrooms. I guess we should not have assumed it was a split plan. There was a huge rip on the couch when we arrived. The bedroom with the bunkbeds was warm. It does not have a ceiling fan. They did provide a tower fan, but it didn’t help with the heat so the kids had to sleep on the couch. There’s a lot of cooking supplies but there’s no pizza cutter or pizza pan. Only one baking sheet. Our phones did not work well there even on the Wi-Fi, but that’s a carrier issue and has nothing to do with the townhome. Our cell carrier is CSpire. The kids loved the communal pool!

We have been staying at Prominence 30A for the last 5 years and this particular property did not meet the typical standard. It was not a bad place to stay, it just did not have many of the amenities that we were used to. There we no extra household items like garbage bags or paper towels. The furniture (couch) was damaged (rips in the fabric. Huge eye sore) and stained , the unit was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The unit letter was also not listed online so it was challenging figuring out which unit was the correct one.
