Valley View Cottage is a Tiny Home! It may be only 400 sq ft but it packs all the amenities that you need for your stay in the Smoky Mountains. This Tiny Home has a small fire ring outside with a park grill and a picnic table so you can enjoy the outdoors. You can also relax on the deck and listen to the frogs in the nearby creek. As you go inside the Tiny Home to the left of the front door there is wraparound seating with a dining table. The TV is located above the table. The couch and coffee table is to the right of the door. Walking straight into the Tiny Home is the kitchen that is fully stocked with all items to eat in if you so desire. To the right of the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer. There is a hall closet to hang clothing or to store away your luggage. The bathroom has a standup shower (no tub). The bedroom has a king bed and more storage. In the living room take the stairs up to a loft where there is also a king mattress and TV (the overall headroom is 3 feet) it would be an ideal spot for young children or your teenagers. At the top of the stairs on the left is a small storage area for the loft area.

Location was convenient & very clean Overall, site was as advertised except for a few items: (1) The wifi doesn't have sufficient bandwidth to carry the load for the number of guests/accommodations at this park. If you're planning on using the wifi to check in on your workplace while vacationing in the valley, forget it. (2) Ice-maker doesn't work, and apparently hasn't worked for some time (ice trays had been used to the point they needed replacing.) (3) The only bedroom (except for a loft with a 3 ft ceiling) had a large bed (sounds good),.... except the mattress was so big, that there was no 'walking room' on each side of the bed.... you had to crawl from the foot of the bed to the top. (4) Plumbing had issues.... (water accumulating in the bottom of the bathtub from a shower took over 10 minutes to drain, and the drain pipes under the sink leaked.)
