Bathroom 2: Spacious full bathroom with tub and shower, shared by the two downstairs bedrooms

Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time, day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted at the home, with a 2-car garage available. No RVs are permitted.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests for this home.

Wonderful large home right on the bluff. Terrific views. House is terrific, roomy, comfortable. Streaming TV with bluetooth devices to customize your entertainment. Kitchen well stocked with cooking implements and tableware. Thank you!!!!

We enjoyed the house very much except for a massive ant infestation under the stove and a power outage that almost shortened our trip. Thankfully the owners (not the rental agency - they were MIA during our entire stay) were very responsive and had their generator fixed immediately. We were then able to enjoy our holiday, despite the 3 huge storms that blew in. The home was better than the pictures and they had a fully stocked kitchen with everything one would need to enjoy home cooked meals.

Our family always feels like we're coming home when we visit Sea Ranch. The accommodations offer stunning views and a serene atmosphere, with the sound of the ocean and waves visible from the windows, deck, and jacuzzi. The cliff path is conveniently just steps away.The kitchen was well-equipped for our cooking needs, and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, we did have a few suggestions to enhance our experience:Replace the pillows on the bed for added comfortProvide extra towels for the jacuzziInclude instructions on how to operate the upstairs fireplaceAdd a note in the upstairs bathroom indicating that the hot water setting is marked by the blue indicator (usually associated with cold water)Replace the yoga mat Provide laundry detergentAdditionally, we thought that replacing the shade with glass between the living room and the upstairs bedroom would provide more privacy and noise protection.Despite these minor suggestions, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to another unit, allowing our whole family to be together easily.

A nice house in a great location and a great view. The only downside is that it is overrun with ants. You have to be very careful and constantly cleaning and even then they are still everywhere. It made the stay stressful.
