La Casa di Vale welcomes you with a period garden filled with roses, hibiscus, and fruit trees, offering an oasis of relaxation right in the heart of Sanremo, 350 meters from the train station, 100 meters from the Riviera dei Fiori bike path and the Portosole marina, and just a 10-minute walk from the Ariston Theater.
Inside its nearly 300 square meters, you’ll find spacious and bright rooms, high ceilings, and original period stucco decorations.
The main floor features an entrance hall, a very spacious and elegant living room with a bow window, a restored marble fireplace with a forced-draft system, and an abundance of natural light streaming in through 15 windows, as well as from two Murano glass chandeliers. In addition, guests have access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen measuring over 30 square meters and a bathroom.
On the upper floor are two bathrooms: one features a large, designer double bathtub, and the other has a spacious mosaic-tiled shower and a double Devon & Devon sink. The master suite opens directly onto a terrace with a sea view, perfect for intimate and relaxing breakfasts, immersed in the atmosphere of the private garden and the surrounding parks. The other bedroom, with a double south-facing window, can accommodate up to four people.
The lower level, featuring a separate entrance for greater privacy but also accessible from the main entrance via an internal staircase, includes a spacious, fully renovated, and cozy basement living area; a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and space for three guests; and a double bedroom with two beds and an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently renovated with yellow Mori marble and a sink carved from a block of onyx or natural stone, and each features a window. The garden offers a space for family lunches and dinners, complete with a very large wrought-iron table with a marble top. A few steps lead to a spacious south-southwest-facing sun deck overlooking the parks surrounding the villa, decorated with mosaics, small columns, and colored lights that illuminate the charming walking surface. Here you can choose to relax in the shade of the large olive tree overhead for a cool breakfast or to bask in the sun without having to leave the house.
Please note that a complete set of bed linens and bath towels is provided at a cost of 10 euros per guest. Linen changes, typically weekly or upon request, are provided at the same price, payable upon arrival.
All amenities are within walking distance, with the lively bars and restaurants of Corso Cavallotti right across from the villa and the Carrefour supermarket (open 24 hours a day) and Conad, both just 500 meters away along a perfectly flat road.
