A refundable $500 security bond is required for all bookings. This will be processed on your arrival day, or 24–48 hours prior if you're arriving on a public holiday. (Note – this does not apply for Airbnb bookings)

• Check-In: From 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM during peak periods (school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and public holidays)
• Check-Out: strictly 10:00 AM during peak periods
If you're arriving outside of the peak times, early check-in may be possible—contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you

No parties – this home is not a party home, it is intended for quiet, family-friendly stays.
Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times
No smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors.
No Fireworks, firearms, or any explosives will be tolerated
No Motorbike riding on the property
No Driving or parking on lawns or garden areas
Please note: Failure to follow these rules can result in early termination of your stay without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Additional cleaning fees may also apply if the property is not left clean and tidy.

Great pool. Spacious house to share with family over Christmas. Kitchen very well stocked with quality appliances and utensils. Loved sitting out on the deck with a cup of coffee.

The house is as described and depicted easily accommodating our group of 6 adults. Bedrooms were fine but no aircon, fans were provided. Aircon was provided in main kitchen area. The backyard is much larger than in the photos with ample grassed area.
The spa didnt work which was frustrating as we had selected this place for the spa. Contacted host for assistance but they didnt know how to operate it either. We took full use of the pool as the weather was fantastic.
Our overall experience has been significantly tainted by the accusation we broke a chair and our bond and we would be required to pay for it. The chair fell apart at first glance and we noticed it had been poorly glued back together, thinking that this was a known issue and host had tried to repair it, but this fell on deaf ears.
Looking at other reviews this seems like a common tactic and i would suggest doing a thorough walk through on all properties,
Our group will not be booking again.
