Quiet, top floor condo located in the heart of Dillon. 1 block to restaurants, brewery, Lake Dillon Marina and Dillon Amphitheater.
If you're coming to ski, it's a great location with FREE shuttles to most of the Summit County resorts. Keystone, A-Basin and Breckenridge are the closest ski areas, and Vail Resort is a 35 min drive. There are also numerous trails for snow-shoeing and XC Skiing nearby.
If you are coming to bike, hike or paddle in the spring/summer/fall, Lake Dillon and bike path are just a few steps away.
Spectacular views of the mountain ranges and Lake Dillon can be seen from this corner unit.

condo immaculate, Location perfect, communication w/ manager super easy. I can't recommend this place enough, if you want to go skiing in A- basin, Keystone, and Breck look no further fella you found it.

Bus stop to Keystone was just a block away
Condo was clean and plenty big enough for me and three teenagers. One of them slept on couch which is not a sleeper sofa but plenty big enough and we found extra blanket and pillow in closet
Property manager was responsive and helpful with all our questions
Our only issue that came up was the condo got a little warm so we opened the windows occasionally to let some cool winter air in
Overall we enjoyed our stay!
