Very communicative, very polite, and even helped us with some items that we accidentally left when we checked out. The kids loved the bunk bed slide, and the drives to anywhere we wanted to go were quick and simple.

The ark encounter was close which was as perfect. Kids luved game room. Cozy place for us.

The place itself was very good. All that was advertised was there. There is not a lot to do in the area except for the ARC, which is why we went. Recommend doing better planning than we did to keep yourself busy. But it was a bucket list item so we were pleased.
