A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Welcome to your peaceful Boulder home-away-from-home — the perfect base for business travel, long stays, medical recovery, or a relaxing weekend escape. This cozy and clean “shabby-chic” styled 2-bedroom home (one California King and one full-size bed) offers the comforts you need and the calming atmosphere you want. Whether you’re here to work, rest, recover, explore, or just get a change of pace, this space invites you to slow down, cook, breathe, and enjoy Boulder at your own rhythm.
In the warmer months, step outside to enjoy two separate decks surrounded by flower gardens. These quiet outdoor spaces are perfect for morning coffee, reading in the sun, al fresco meals, or ending the day with fresh air and a soft Colorado breeze.
Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with cozy bedding, soft lighting, and simple décor that feels personal but not cluttered. The layout works wonderfully for couples, solo travelers, colleagues traveling for work, or anyone staying for a longer visit. This house offers a dedicated workspace, giving remote workers, students, and business travelers a place to focus.
In addition to the bedrooms, you’ll enjoy a bonus exercise room, allowing you to keep up with your wellness routine.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. You’ll find cookware, dishes, quality utensils, and coffee/tea supplies. This makes it easy to prepare healthy meals and spend quality time with friends and loved one.
A washer and dryer are on site.
Comfort, Calm, and Convenience. The location is ideal for business travelers, commuting nurses, remote workers, couples, and weekend getaways. Being a one-story house, it’s also a wonderful option for anyone recovering from surgery or needing a peaceful place to stay between medical appointments.
You’ll enjoy a relaxed, respectful environment. No parties, no large groups, and no smoking are allowed. This ensures that every guest experiences the same quiet comfort the home is designed for. If you’re seeking crowded gatherings or celebrations, this is not the right fit. But if you value easy living, clean spaces, and restorative quiet, you’ll feel right at home.
Come settle into comfort, simplicity, and peace — Boulder style.
Please note, the City of Boulder has a maximum of 20 nights booked. Any bookings above this are not permissible and will be canceled.

Very peaceful, well presented clean and comfortable property in a good, quiet area. We stayed for five nights and slept well on the comfortable beds. Everything went smoothly with Erin and she was attentive and responsive. Nice garden as well. Would stay again.

The property was very clean and spacious. The host communicated continuously to ensure the property met our needs. Should we travel back to Boulder we will be looking to book Erin’s property again.
