Pleasant Cottage in Grandcamp-Maisy, located in a quiet environment, in the heart of the landing beaches, 700 meters from the fishing port, the beach and shops.
Cottage on the first floor (access by stairs) in a typical old renovated house, it can accommodate 4 people.

Every morning, you can discover under the fish hall the products freshly landed by the fishermen (fish, crustaceans and shellfish).
At low tide, go in search of shrimps, ewe, lobsters, periwinkles ... to enjoy a good platter of seafood with family or friends on your terrace.
Discover the nearby oyster beds with retail.
For nature lovers, come and admire the fauna and flora of the Baie des Veys where the second largest seal colony is located in France.
The village of Grandcamp-Maisy is an ideal starting point for visiting the region, located between Omaha beach and Utah beach.

- 15 minutes from the American cemetery
- 25 minutes from Bayeux (medieval town, Cathedral, Bayeux tapestry...)

The house is separated into 3 gites. One for 4 people, one for 6 people and one for 8 people. Possibility to rent the 3 gites for groups.

Looked perfect for our group of 8 and was. We rented all three gites and it was as advertised. All units set up and decorated for comfort.

This was the perfect place for us- clean, well-appointed, quiet and unpretentious. Very good location for visiting all the June 6 sites and convenient to Caen, Bayeux, Mont Saint-Michel and beyond. Don't miss the Maisy Battery 2 blocks away, a must for those interested in WW2 tactical deployments. Grocery store with gas station 1.5 blocks away and walking distance to Grandcamp port and central district. All-in-all we had a great time and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our trip a memorable one!

The location was good. Cleaning good be better. The shower (in the bath) is not comfortable. Especcialy not for tall people.
