The home spans 1,314 square feet and includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing comfortable accommodations for up to four guests.

When entering the home through the front door into the main level, you'll be welcomed by an open living room, dining area, and kitchen—each space filled with natural light and peaceful views of Sedona's surrounding landscape.

Living Room: The living room is spacious, bright, and inviting, offering cozy furnishings, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a Smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or relaxing between wellness sessions.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals with ease.

Dining Area: The dining area seats six and features expansive windows framing stunning red rock scenery. An oversized adjoining lounge sofa creates a cozy space to relax, take in the views, or enjoy Sedona's vibrant sunsets from the comfort of indoors.

Sunroom: This guest-favorite space includes a twin bed and is surrounded by windows that flood the room with natural light while showcasing dramatic, unobstructed views. (Please note: no window shades.)
