Set back from their near neighbours, both villas occupy a commanding elevated position looking to the ocean beyond. With all the amazing amenities and advantages of the other villas on the development, this is a truly unique arrangement.



Villa Blue features two spacious bedrooms and the Studio an exquisite master suite. Both Villas have their own private infinity pool, a variety of indoor and outdoor dining areas and individual kitchens.



Architecturally, Villa Blue differs to the other two villas at Ocean Dream, being a two-pavilion Caribbean-style villa across a generous ground floor and featuring cool, distinctive high ceilings.



Villa Blue and Studio Blue are designed to accommodate up to three families. They can be rented together or separately.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Beach and Shoreline Conditions



As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.
