The living-dining room, with Smart TV and sea views, is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has access to a balcony with views of the communal swimming pool that will lead you through stairs to the large private terrace of 80m².
You can also enjoy the facilities of Residencial Alborada (textile) with lift, communal swimming pool + children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), paddle court, children's playground, and underground garage. Just 200 metres away you'll find bars and restaurants, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes by car.

This apartment is in a great location offering a lovely roof terrace. Unfortunately it is rather tired and in need of updating/ cleaning properly and refreshing.
Be aware the parking space is right at the end of the underground garage and getting into the space especially if other cars are there us very difficult. It is also a long walk to the lift for bringing up shopping etc.
Refreshing the decor and furniture. Check air conditioning as seemed tired. Ensure clean properly before guests arrive.

Das Appartement ist einfach nur Spitze!
Es ist gut ausgestattet,vom Wohnzimmer und von der
Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Betreuung vor Ort war wie immer top.
Macht einfach weiter so!
Ganz toll wäre WLAN auf der
Dachterrasse.
