Casa di Eu is located in the historic center of Ortigia island, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, next to the sea, with the cathedral behind.
Our newly renovated Loft, in addition to being equipped with all the comforts for your stay, has a terrace for exclusive use with sea view over Ortigia.
Many of the island's attractions are a stone's throw from the house: a short walk through one of the typical alleys of Ortigia will take you to Piazza del Duomo, with its unique Cathedral built on the ruins of a Greek temple (5th century BC).
Our superior apartment is developed in a single open space with a large living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and the roofs of the island of Ortigia, connected to the kitchen equipped with all the accessories to try your hand at typical Sicilian recipes.
From the living area via a spiral staircase you reach the upper level where there is a large double bedroom.
The bathroom, located near the bedroom, has a large walk-in shower with sea view.
In addition to being equipped with all the necessary accessories for your stay, the bedroom is connected to our beautiful terrace with a wide view of the beautiful sea of Ortigia.
Less than 300 meters away, you will find one of Syracuse's landmarks: the "Fontana di Aretusa", a freshwater spring - populated by ducks and papyrus plants - whose origin is rooted in Greek mythology.
The Bellomo Museum, the typical and picturesque fish market of Via Trento and the "Castello Maniace", a fortress located at the end of the island, are within walking distance.
If you like sunbathing as well as being able to take advantage of our beautiful terrace for exclusive use, just 200 meters from home you will have the beautiful "Cala Rossa Beach" or a recently opened solarium, free of charge, on the wonderful sea of Ortigia.
Food lovers will be spoiled for choice among the many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and pastry shops that offer typical and gastronomic products of Sicilian cuisine.

The apartment had all we needed plus amazing views of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The location was convenient to dining, shopping, and sight-seeing.

We adored our beautiful little apartment in the Giudecca neighborhood of Ortigia, very central and accessible to all areas of the Ortigia. The best part was the gorgeous deck on the top floor. We loved sitting up there with a glass of wine contemplating the amazing history of Siracusa.

This is a very cool flat. Such amazing views from the terrace. It's in a good location. The flat has a metal spiral staircase, The one bathroom is upstairs. I would encourage the owner to replace the sofa as it is rock hard and very uncomfortable.
