Settle into a 5-bedroom luxury A-frame on the sunrise side of Lake LBJ. Mornings start with light on the water, then the house stays shaded while the far shore takes the heat. Luxury finishes, a two-story dock, and room for 16. The water out front is 30 feet deep, the same run local wakesurf boats already use.
THE WATER
Your own boat/jet ski slip sits in 30 feet of clean water. Bring your wakesurf boat and tie it up at the dock. No boat? Rentals within half a mile deliver right to the dock. Surf, tube, ski, fish, or cruise out at sunset.
THE TWO-STORY DOCK
This is where everyone ends up. It has a dining bar for 6, a living area, lounge chairs, and a bonfire pit for s'mores. Four turquoise chairs wait by the fire for evenings on the lake.
TWO HOUSES, ROOM FOR 16
Main house:
- King suite with a private bath
- 2 Queen rooms that share a bath
Guest house:
- Side A: 2 Queens and a TV
- Side B: 2 Queens, each with a built-in Twin XL above
A doorway joins the two sides, which works well for a couple with small kids. They share a bath.
INSIDE
We restored the classic A-frame to its original beauty, then finished it with designer decor and modern touches. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are one open room. A 65" TV hangs over the gas fireplace.
The screened porch has a large sectional and a second 65" TV. Coffee at sunrise, football in the fall.
OUTSIDE
- Upper deck: dining for 4 and 4 white Adirondack chairs facing the sunrise
- Gas grill with a bistro table for 2
- Lower deck: 3 swings, 6 more chairs, and a bar with 4 stools
- A large Aqua swim mat for floating
TV streams over WiFi: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Live, and Roku for local channels, in the living room and the screened porch.
NEARBY
HEB is a quick trip into town. Restaurants are under 5 miles away:
- Wake Point: lakeside BBQ and live music
- Boat Town: big salads and a pizza oven, with gluten-free cauliflower and broccoli-and-cheese crusts. Live music too.
- Sal's: authentic Sicilian food from an Italian food trailer
- Junction Prime: steakhouse
- Ollie's Kitchen: order the shrimp fajitas
Perissos Vineyard is 8 miles away. A water park is 15 minutes away. On Main Street in Marble Falls, stop at Birdies, Re-Did, and Smarty Pantz. Austin is about an hour away.
Deer, birds, and even a few emus wander the Williams Lakeshore neighborhood. Walk it early, or late in the afternoon.

This rental is a great place if you are looking to chill on Lake LBJ and have immediate access to get out on the water. The owners are top notch and were very responsive to any needs we had.

This lake house is everything and more! We had 16 people for 4 days and it could not have been more perfect. It is well decorated, has comfortable beds, soft sheets, ample supply of towels, toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, and little touches around the house that made our stay comfortable. There are plenty of games, outdoor toys, floats, and a two story deck that my teenagers loved to jump off of. The boat slip was perfect for us to put our rental on overnight (with power lift). The neighborhood is quiet, easy to navigate, and has a grocery stores just a few minutes away. The view is spectacular. The owners were very kind and responded immediately to a concern we had. We are regular VRBO renters, and this one is one of our favorites. We will be back.

The house was well equipped with essentials. Layout was great, while the adults were in the main house the teens were in the guest house. Lots of deck and dock patio to hang out on. The island float was nice to lay out on and the teens enjoyed the paddle boards.

The A-Frame Memories home was the perfect getaway for our family. The view from the kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. We spent every morning eating our breakfast on the patio looking out at the water. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home.
The main house has so much character. From the way it was decorated to the unique architecture. The main house has a master bedroom and two additional rooms with queen size beds. Across from the main house was a beautiful casita with bunk beds and two additional queen size beds. Perfect for our teen daughter that wanted a little extra privacy!
My daughter loved the swings on the bottom deck. There were plenty of water toys and games for the kids as well. There were also 4 bikes that we could use to take a family bike ride in the evenings. :)
I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be going back!
