With a picturesque view of the Wiscasset village, it is located at the Sheepscot Harbour Village Resort. Sheepscot Harbour is an elegant community of new waterfront and water view cottages. The Maine Hangout comes with a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, flat screen TVs with cable in each room, washer & dryer and wifi for your enjoyment and comfort. From the screened porch with 4 comfortable rocking chair, whether it's your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail, the scenic view and beautiful Maine sunsets are a stunning addition to your Maine experience.

Fabulous place, even better than the pictures. Screened in porch and fantastic views make this place...and unlike a lot of rentals, plenty of towels, good linens & pillows and fully stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and dishes. Loved this place, hope to stay there again next summer!

Just the perfect home for a restful, scenic vacation. The house is just right for 4 of us. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and location perfect. Sunsets over he river are beautiful. This was our second stay, there certainly will be more. Thanks to our hosts for the opportunity.

This is an excellent property. Very well maintained. Well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The screened in porch was great for sitting and enjoying the fabulous view. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. it is also convenient to many of the places in Maine we wanted to explore.
