The Depéndance is part of a complex that also includes a villa and another Depéndance. Each property is completely independent, with its own entrance and private garden; only the pool is shared with the other two properties.
The beautiful town of Cortona is less than 1 km away; guests can also take a walk while enjoying the stunning views of the Valdichiana and Lake Trasimeno. The villa is also close to Arezzo, at the center of the “Golden Triangle” formed by some of central Italy’s most important art cities: Arezzo, Perugia, and Siena. Assisi and Florence are also just a short distance away.
Garden description
The property covers an area of approximately one hectare and is fenced. The Dependance has a private garden for relaxing outdoors, featuring a terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor dining, set against the stunning backdrop of the Valdichiana and Lake Trasimeno.
Parking
The large parking area within the property is shared with the other guests of the property.
Pool Description
The pool is shared with the other guests of the property (max 8). It is located 50 meters from the Depéndance and is equipped with umbrellas and chairs.
The pool is open from May 15 to September 30.
Interior Description
Originally, this building was the lemon house of the main villa. Today, it has been renovated and converted into a Depéndance.
The annex, 50 square meters, consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room features a double sofa bed. The furnishings are elegant, in typical Tuscan style, and include some antique pieces. The floors and ceilings are made of terracotta.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen measures approximately 15 square meters.
Kitchen equipment
Everything you need for cooking and dining: oven/stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher.
Linens
All linens (bed, bath, and kitchen) are included and are changed weekly (on Saturdays). An extra change of linens is available upon request for an additional fee.
