Various movie theaters, pool halls, many others places of entertainment nearby.
**There is a low headroom area when walking down the stairs into the unit. The rest of the unit is normal height**
**This neighborhood is very quiet and tucked away off the highway. All neighbors have been in their houses for a very long time. For this reason, we do not allow parties or gatherings. After this time all noise must be contained within the house. **
SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY PROHIBBITED INSIDE!!! We have locations outside and away from the entries where smoking is allowed. An automatic $150 extra cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking inside. This includes, but not limited to ashes, butts, smell, or obvious attempts to cover up smoking.
LOCAL INSECT DISCLOSURE:
We feel very silly to have to include this in our listing, but this is one of those cases where a single incident causes a warning issued to all:
Insects, arachnids, and bugs are common in the Midwest. Some you may see include flies, mosquitos, bees or wasps, spiders, ticks, ants, and a plethora of other common creepy crawlies. Sometimes these creatures get inside through no fault of ours or yours. Please keep in mind that we do quarterly treatments on all our properties, and should one of these bugs venture inside we do not take responsibility.
Local Weather Disclosure:
We are located in Kansas City, the heart of the Midwest. Weather can be unpredictable. Storms of all kinds have been known to pop up at any time. We are not responsible for power outages, downed tree branches, or the condition of the streets during winter. (We will always shovel and salt our driveway and walkway).

Great stay if you’re in town for Gameday action. Accesible and not too far from downtown nor the airport. The host was great at communication. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear footsteps above since it’s a basement unit. The listing was just as described. Would come back to stay here again, for sure.
