The perfect apartment for couples, or small groups, corporate at 8 miles from SJU airport, Isla Verde Beach, 7 miles Mall of SJ, 13 miles Old San Juan. 30 minutes to rainforest for hiking, waterfalls and rivers, Bacardi RUM destillery etc., This big apartment huge bedroom, 1 bath, panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking, air condition in bedroom, great cross ventilation, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy at the house.
Walking distance to El Punto Restaurant and El Punto Bakery 181 intersection 851 La Gloria, Trujillo Alto. (border with south San Juan).
Near la RUTA DEL LECHON on 175, Pork route with gastronomic food, delicious, and cheaper than tourist areas.

This was a little far from Old San Juan but it was quiet , out of the way and peaceful.

This place was an absolute hidden gem. The location has everything you need. The amount of convenient little items inside were very useful. Loved spending 2 weeks here. Its not very far from the mall or beaches and i definitely found myself feeling comfortable enough to stay in and make dinner or have breakfast. I recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to sleep in PR for their vacation to come here. Nothing but Coqui's (PR frog) all night long. Super relaxing. Thank you to the host for the wonderful accomodations.

It was an okay property, it was just hard to find, took me like 10 minutes to find it but overal is a good and safe area tbh

The location was very local away from most amenities by about 10-15 minutes, but we knew that when booking. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood and we really enjoyed where we were at away from the busy tourist areas.
There were no curtains or shutters for any privacy, but we were able to hang some extra linens up on the windows that faced other properties. There was an open window from the bathroom to the dining room that wouldn't shut which was a little awkward, but again, we just put up a towel over it. There seemed to be no gas running to the stove, so we weren't able to really cook anything. The microwave worked but was extremely temperamental and hard to get to turn on.
The fridge worked fine, there was a toaster, coffee pot, and a fine functioning washer and dryer in the patio.
The photos from the listing appear to be partly of the upstairs 2 bedroom unit, and not the one we stayed in, but we weren't upset about the property aside from a few inconveniences.
The host was great, and had we bothered to mention the issues I'm sure he would have accommodated, but we opted to just focus on enjoying our time as opposed to trying to get him to the property.
Overall we did enjoy our stay and found it to be a good value, hopefully they can address those few minor things and make it a really great place. We would stay here again for the price range.
