Es Molí de Nyico dates back to the 17th century and was restored in 2003, becoming a beautiful house in which to enjoy the charm of living, for a few days, in an old mill. It has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, wood oven, barbecue and fireplace. All this in an idyllic environment surrounded by nature but very close to the town of Porreres.

Upon arrival at the property, you will come across a century-old olive tree from which hangs a hammock in which to relax while reading a good book. The swimming pool (10x5m and 0.5 to 2m deep) is surrounded by wonderful trees and a very well-kept garden. There you will find 6 sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun as well as a large table under the porch to enjoy a family barbecue during a day at the pool.

Entering the house you have a cozy living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen, all in an open space. The rooms are all doubles, one of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The house has capacity for 6 people. The 2 bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray.

The property, which runs on solar energy, is decorated with typical Mallorcan furniture and the interior walls of the bedrooms are made of stone, which makes the temperature very good at any time of the year. Even so, it has oil central heating and fans. In a separate shed you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

You can park your cars inside the property. We have cribs and/or high chairs for the little ones, upon request. Free sheets, bath towels and Wi-Fi and all the kitchen utensils necessary for your vacation.

Porreres is located in Pla de Mallorca, in the center of the island, characterized by large fields and clear views of the mountains. You can travel the roads by car and in a short time you will find yourself anywhere on the island. On Tuesdays, you will enjoy the town market, which is 2 kilometers from the house and there you will find local products such as sobrasadas, fruits and vegetables. Porreres has several vineyards and there you will find the Jaume Mesquida wineries. The typical gastronomy consists of apricots, almonds and honey.
