PROs: The communication was top notch. They responded to me quickly and they were so helpful. The apartment was nice and comfortable. It was spacious enough to two and quiet. The location was wonderful. CONs: The location of the keys could have been more specific. There also could have been more details like turning the lock five times. There was a lot of confusion at the beginning. I needed to use the washer/dryer but there were no instructions. I had to google it which worked out but could have been easier. I recommend this VRBO!

Very nice and cozy flat. On a quiet street but still close walking to all the neighborhoods of interest.

We stayed at Nomad’s for 3 nights. The location is outstanding, bed very comfortable and the kitchen well- equipped. The carpets in the bedroom and living room are very tired and need a good cleaning or replacing. The plug in the bathtub is missing so a bath is impossible, however the shower was fine, lots of hot water and excellent pressure. The property manager, Joao, was very good. He went above and beyond getting us settled including recommending places to eat.

The rooms need some cleaning and updating/love. The air conditioning stopped working during the stay and it got quite hot. The location was great, but we would not stay in this apartment again.
