Rural Environment Notice
Our cabins are located in the beautiful woods and countryside of Brown County, Indiana. While we provide routine professional pest control and keep our homes clean and well-maintained, guests may occasionally see seasonal pests such as mice, flies, lady beetles (Asian beetles), or stink bugs — especially in the fall and spring.
These harmless insects are part of life in a rural setting. We do everything possible to minimize their presence and appreciate your understanding as part of the authentic Brown County experience!
PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: There is a $75 fee per pet. Moondance Vacation Homes proudly donates a portion to the Brown County Humane Society when you bring your pet and pay your pet fee.
All fireplaces are seasonal and available for use from October 1st - April 1st.
ALL EVENTS, DAY GUESTS, AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Base rate for this property is set at 2 people, each additional guest will be charged $30 per person per night.

Secluded and comfortable, our family enjoyed our time together. Host was accessible for any questions or concerns. It lived up to its billing online. I would come back again.

There was no mention of washer and dryer...because there aren't any. The only convenience we missed. But, we'd go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was meticulously clean and was full of all the amenities as well as games. We loved the fire place and Christmas tree as well. We most loved the privacy. The hot tub was super clean and warm. We plan on coming again as a family.

We loved the cabin. Power was out for a long time and had issues. Had flash lights but even with those we could do nothing but sit. Wasn’t your fault but could have had candles or something. Recliner didn’t work. Too steep to get in hot tub. Beautiful area.
