This beautiful and simple cozy cottage is on the private Church Branch Lake Division of Lake Marion. Take in the lake scene from the dock at dusk and get up in the morning to a beautiful misty lake and a cup of coffee. Boat on our smaller private lake, or on the large lake Marion, your choice, both landings are within 2 minutes, unfortunately, the two lakes do not connect by water.

The cottage was exactly as described and Lisa was great to work with. My husband and I enjoyed a long, relaxing weekend with our daughters. The cottage was quiet, private, and the hammock was perfect for my afternoon naps.

Loved the property.....right on the lake! The house was very clean and well stocked. Lisa communicated clearly and quickly. The house binder was organized and clear. We will definitely stay here again

Great place. This is my dream lot. Walk to the lake and peaceful neighborhood. Great with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for a family. Very clean.
