The Space:
Our One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite Apartment has a city view. The suite is approx. 750 SF, beautifully designed and styled to enhance Old Montreal architectural features, with lots of natural light. The suite apartment is fully equipped for short, medium and long stays. The suite is equipped with a Queen size bed. We offer amenities through the stay such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, coffee pods, dishwashing soap, washing machine pods, etc.
Guest Access:
Your access codes are sent via SMS, email, and through your booking channel messages between 2pm and 3pm on your arrival day, provided full payment for the reservation is received, and provided you have submitted your check-in form with a valid ID. Maison Place Jacques-Cartier offers self-check-in. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you. Simply reply to one of our messages or call our toll-free number.

⦁ Any damage caused in a suite apartment or within Luxury In Transit Collection of Homes will be the responsibility and expense of the guest for a new replacement of the damaged goods
In the event of a breach of the rules, we reserve the right to charge and expel the guest(s) at any time during their stay. Please note that the person who made the reservation is responsible for the suite from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If the booking was made for someone else, please mention it on the check-in form in the Guest App.

The place itself is bright, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well situated. And while this is not meant to be a deterrent from going, it's missing things that if/when I go again I will be sure to bring. So, I suggest knowing the following:
- Parking and luggage drop off: The area is pedestrian only which is part of the charm. However, if you're traveling by car, you'll want to organize how you will get your luggage from your car to the unit. Most of the parking close by is by permit only. We had two of us, so we parked illegally, left one of us with the car, and the other ran the bags to the unit in multiple trips. Not ideal, but it is what it is given the location. Just be aware of this. The closest parking lot is about a six minute walk. If you only have that much luggage, you'll be just fine.
- Missing kitchen supplies: Vacation rentals I've stayed at in the past have basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oils, spices, napkins, paper towels, etc. This one does not. You'll want to bring or pick some up if you're looking to make some of your meals in the kitchen. It's also missing things you would typically have in a kitchen such as baking sheets, tin foil, plastic wrap. Basically, the kitchen has the barest basics only like dishes, glasses, and cups.
That all aside, it's a lovely place. Just know what you're getting, what you're not getting, and plan accordingly.
