All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great location! Dock was large enough for to 25ft boats! Parking was easy! House was nice and clean! Just an overall great experience!Always a challenge to find houses with enough dock space and parking. This one had both. A rare gem! Hopefully be back next year if its available!

This is a beautiful piece of property and the house is very well equipped. You need nothing. A few issues with maintenance were handled by Nick who went out of his way to help us with my disabled husband and the issues that goes with him. Very quick to handle all the maintenance issues.

House was as described and very beautiful! Enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, along with 3 bathrooms to share. Only thing that would of made it better, was if they trimmed the mangroves so you could see the waterfront.
