Luxurious 5 bedroom, 4½ bath home with exceptional finishes throughout. This property offers what is ''the'' iconic view of Smith Mountain that has appeared in magazines, travel articles, websites and postcards for a decade. Fantastic lot with 340' water frontage offering a PRIVATE SANDY BEACH with jetty and the very best views available on Smith Mountain Lake.
Main level offers a spacious great room with chef's kitchen and breathtaking water and mountain views! There's also a master suite w/king bed and a full bath. There's also a ½ bath on the main level. 9' pool table available in garage!
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom - its so private that it feels like its own BnB! 1 bedroom has a king and the other has a queen bed and a twin sleep sofa. Both offering water views. Shared full bathroom.
Lower level has a nice family room w/large flatscreen TV. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the lower level; 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a queen and pyramid bunk bed.
The lower level leads out to a wonderful patio area with park-like setting. There's a hardscaped fire-pit and HOT TUB, along with lots of outdoor furniture. AMAZING water and mountain views!
Nice dock offers use of the covered boat slip and hoist (4000lb, 22' max). Floating dock, electricity & lights also available for tenant use. Jet Ski Port available. Dock house is for owner use only.

This property exceeds expectations. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen ever. The views are excellent. Upstairs bedrooms are large and very private to the other rooms. Very quiet. Outdoor patio area is fantastic with Firepit and hot tub. Sheets are needed. Towels could be better.

The property/house are a special place. The view is the best on the lake. Everything was top notch. Our only complaint was that basic necessities were NOT provided: no toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap etc. Also we purchased the Linen Package for about $190 and we still had to make the beds and strip them ourselves. For a property of this caliber and price, we would highly recommend providing these essentials. That would elevate the experience for the guests.

Great property with stunning view of lake and mountain. Quiet setting with much less boat traffic than rest of lake.
House is well equipped except you have to bring your own towels and sheets and tp and soap and dishwashing liquid.
A house at this price range should include all.
Everything was great but a few quibbles. The stove top is induction which has no instructions of how to use. It was trial and error for us.
The gas heater outside was not working.
The grill had to be cleaned thoroughly outside.
These issues did not ruin our stay but hoping they will be addressed.
We will definitely return.

We loved the house, it was set up nicely for large groups. The dock was perfect, offering shade, sun and a small beach. We would definitely rent again!
